Universal Tyre Manufacturer

Inside Our First Athlete Partnership: Universal Tyres x Luke Quint

Universal Tyres is proud to have its first-ever athlete partnership with rising professional golfer Luke Quint, marking a key milestone in the company’s commitment to supporting performance, ambition, and emerging talent in sport.

Luke Quint turned professional in 2025 and quickly made an impression on the Clutch Pro Tour, finishing his debut season inside the top 100 on the Order of Merit. Now competing on the 2026 Tartan Pro Tour, Luke is continuing to build momentum early in the season, currently playing the second leg of the tour in Montrose.

This partnership represents more than a sponsorship agreement. It reflects a shared mindset between both Luke and Universal Tyres – consistency and continuous improvement – values that sit at the heart of both high-performance sport and our company’s own global growth journey.

A Step into Sport

For Universal Tyres, this partnership marks the beginning of a wider commitment to supporting athletes who are progressing in their careers and striving for long-term success.

Luke becomes the first athlete to join Universal Tyres’ growing performance network, signalling an exciting new direction for the brand as it builds deeper connections within sport.

Our CEO, Nathan Gould Martin:

Luke reflects what we value at Universal Tyres – the commitment to keep improving and the determination to move forward, even when it’s not easy. As a business, we are growing rapidly, and we see a real alignment in supporting individuals who are also on that journey of development and progression.

This is our first athlete partnership, and it’s an exciting step for us. We’re proud to support Luke as he continues to establish himself on tour, and we look forward to being part of his journey this season and beyond.”

Professional Golfer, Luke Quint:

“I’m really grateful to have Universal Tyres supporting me this season. Turning professional is a big step, and having partners who believe in your journey makes a real difference.

It’s still early days on the Tartan Pro Tour, but I’m focused on building momentum, gaining experience, and improving with each event. It’s great to have Universal Tyres alongside me as I continue to develop my game and push forward in my career.”

With Luke currently competing in Montrose on the Tartan Pro Tour, the 2026 season presents an important opportunity for continued growth, development, and strong performances across 15 events.

We look forward to following Luke’s progress and wish him every success!
